I thrive on identifying and sharing trends, opportunities, innovations and helping organizations translate insight into practical interventions.

Maggie specializes in organizational strategy development, governance, research and evaluation, and program design and implementation across various health and social care sectors. Our clients benefit from her hands-on experience integrating multiple data sources and diverse perspectives to identify strategies and launch innovative initiatives. She partners with clients to design and launch the systems, teams, and programs necessary to achieve their desired future state.

Maggie’s work has ranged from helping coalitions, teams, and communities articulate compelling visions and strategies for their change initiatives to assisting coalitions and organizations in implementing and assessing the effectiveness of their health and social care initiatives. She pursues a holistic approach that combines stakeholder engagement and research to understand market conditions, trends, needs, and opportunities, resulting in well-designed strategies and solutions to pressing challenges.

Maggie earned her Bachelor of Arts in business at Southwestern University and her Master of Public Health at Johns Hopkins. Maggie has also completed numerous executive training programs on various topics, including awareness-based systems change (MIT’s Presencing Institute), community engagement and collaborative leadership (Tamarack Institute), consensus building, qualitative research and evaluation (National Academy of Medicine), communication and effective relationship-building (Southcentral Foundation Nuka System of Care), data curation and management (SAS). 

Maggie has contributed to research and written articles published by the Stanford Social Innovation Review, Population Health Management,  World Health Organization, and the International Union Against Cancer.
