Jacob’s strategic planning and implementation skills, organizational capacity-building, market research, model design, and partnership engagement yield real-world results. These include administrative and operational quality improvements, growth opportunities, and clearer visions and strategies for organizations ready for change. Jacob also has specialized expertise in aging and disability services, change and innovation in government, and healthcare partnership development.
Driven by a lifelong desire to see communities and the organizations and institutions that support them flourish, his academic and professional pursuits have always focused on people, commerce, and policy. Jacob has considerable experience and expertise in delivering results in organizational change. He’s studied, designed, and managed public and privately funded programs and services for organizations in the US and abroad.
Jacob earned his Bachelor of Arts at Bennington College and his Master of Science with Distinction at the London School of Economics and Political Science, where he studied the influences of public policies on the activities of commercial ecosystems and effects on community design, health, and wellbeing. Jacob has also completed numerous executive training programs, including Harvard Law School’s Program on negotiation; the Colorado Health Foundation’s Linkage Lab program; Undoing Racism training by the People’s Institute for Survival and Beyond; Edward Tufte’s Presenting Data & Information; and scenario building by Institute for the Future.
