Lily is passionate about using research, design, and storytelling to help our consultants and clients communicate complex information effectively.
Lily’s nuanced understanding of people and their experiences, rooted in her sociology background, informs her human-centered design approach. Her attention to detail ensures that projects exceed client expectations. With an ability to translate insights into impactful deliverables, she helps clients build a stronger connection with the people they serve.
Lily earned her Bachelor of Science from Santa Clara University, which she attended on a full-ride merit-based scholarship to study political science. Passionate about understanding people and social drivers of behavior, she minored in sociology and Spanish. Her coursework included public policy, legal systems, social problems and stratification, and criminal justice reform. At Santa Clara, she worked in the Wellness Center office as a Peer Health Educator to promote accessibility to mental and behavioral health services for students.
