Project Support and Management

“At Collaborative Consulting we help our clients achieve big change, and that often means keeping an eye on the smallest details. It’s my job to make sure that our team has the support they need to deliver their best work and that our clients get the value they expect from every engagement.”

Alison provides the project management and support that allow us to exceed our clients’ expectations. Whether she’s coordinating calendars, maintaining project plans, or providing support to our consultants as they develop deliverables, Alison puts her strong organizational skills to good use to keep our engagements on track and move our work forward. She also maintains Collaborative Consulting’s internal systems to ensure that every communication is clear and every process smooth, efficient and effective.

She comes to Collaborative Consulting with more than five years’ experience managing teams, overseeing complex programs, and delivering results for regional and national organizations. Our clients benefit from her attention to detail, ability to coordinate complicated workstreams, and commitment to flawless delivery.

Alison earned her Bachelor of Science from Georgia Institute of Technology and her Master of Health Administration (MHA) from the Richard M. Fairbanks School of Public Health at Indiana University. She is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt and is currently pursuing an MBA at Anderson University.
