Collaborative Consulting is a consultancy dedicated to creating a better system of health.

The Right Consultants Make a Difference

Since 2010, we’ve been helping organizations that deliver or invest in healthcare, public health, and human services meet the evolving needs of the people they serve, adapt to new environments, and create the conditions necessary to improve health at the source. We do this through research, assessment, partnership, strategy, and implementation.

We go beyond traditional, expert-led consulting approaches by facilitating meaningful dialogue among stakeholders, cultivating possibility and creativity, and helping clients expand their own capacity to act on their ideas.

The result? Longer-lasting change is embedded in your organization and initiatives.

The principals that guide us

01

Build Bridges

Relationships matter. We work across sectors and bring stakeholders together around challenges, priorities, and goals. We’re committed to diverse perspectives mobilizing around a common purpose.

02

Respect Everyone

From large national to local community organizations, every client deserves the highest attention, focus, care, and support. When our clients trust us to engage their partners and the people they serve, we treat their stakeholders as our own.

03

Embrace Change

We help make change happen for our clients and those they serve. We approach each challenge with creativity, fresh perspectives, futures thinking, and a commitment to translating ideas into action. We’re flexible in our mindset and agile in our approach, adapting to changing conditions and needs.

04

Seek Clarity

We help our clients gain a clear understanding of the market, the needs of the people they serve, and the ways in which the system of health is changing. We commit to communicating clearly, providing candid feedback, and offering direct guidance that they can use to create a better future for their organization and stakeholders.

05

Enable Action

It’s not about what we say we might do. It’s about what we get done. We help our clients build the capacity, capabilities, and infrastructure to turn ideas into action and action into impact.

06

Commit to Quality

More isn’t better. Better is better. It’s better to help our clients fully implement a few high-impact initiatives than try to do too much at once. We do this through the right team, a well-designed and rigorous approach, and a commitment to executing with excellence.
